eBooks

Have you ever felt that you would welcome more guidance to help your child progress? Well, help is at hand with our eBooks!

We have selected the topics for our eBooks to cover the areas where parents most often ask for our help, namely:
  • Grammar
  • Spelling
  • Comprehension
  • Science
  • History
  • Addition
  • Subtraction
Each gives an overall view of the topic in a progressive manner to enable you to support your child. Where appropriate, they include instruction on how the topic is taught in school which is complemented by selected worksheets to give your child practice and to consolidate learning. Many children enjoy doing these exercises at home at their own speed. Then, when they tackle the subject at school they will feel more confident and get better results.

What is an eBook?

An eBook (short for electronic book and also known as a digital book and e-book) is a book-length publication in digital form and produced on, published through, and readable on computers or other electronic devices. Some eBooks are read on dedicated hardware devices known as e-Readers or e-book devices (e.g. Kindle and iBooks on iPad). Personal computers and some mobile phones can also be used to read some eBooks.

I am already a subscriber - is it worth me buying an eBook?

The majority of the content of our eBooks is taken from worksheets and resources which are already on the website and available to you as a subscriber. However, the eBooks bring together resources so as to provide a logical teaching progression on a subject. Hence, you might feel that purchasing the eBook is a worthwhile investment so you have reference to a recommended graded programme of help for your child, which can be used over several years and is complementary to other resources available.
