Child care by Nannies

Many parents choose nannies as a permanent form of child care. Nannies can work in the home from the time the baby is born until the child is self sufficient. A mother’s help will have less experience than a fully qualified Nanny. They will assist the mother in childcare as well as undertaking some light household duties. Again references and personality should be considered.

If someone is living with you or attending your home when you are not there you must like the person and have complete trust in them. You must feel completely safe in leaving your small baby or child to another individual. You must ensure that the way that they treat your baby is the same way you would. The nanny must instill the same routines and manners as you would expect. You want to be proud of your child when they are with you and your friends!
