Literacy - worksheets

Literacy is the understanding of creating an article in the written word. This can be either handwritten or in an electronic format. The understanding of punctuation in both formats is essential. This includes full stops, commas and capital letters on to more complex forms of punctuation. 
Books for reading aloud and Books to help with phonics as well as Phonic games, toys and software will reinforce learning and are a useful guide for adults to use with young children.

Using a dictionary

Some children find working with a dictionary baffling. There are so many learning points in discovering the sequencing of the alphabet that the sooner it is started the better.
